SC Global Property Fund

This fund is an actively managed portfolio that invests in listed international real estate stocks. The portfolio is well diversified geographically as well as in types of real estate (offices, commercial, industrial, and residential).

Through active geographic allocation, a target return above the benchmark index hedged against CHF should be achieved. The fund has UCITS III status and is licensed for distribution in Switzerland by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Liquidity is fortnightly, NAV is published weekly.
